Since 2020, Prosecco Rosé made to regional specifications (a minimum of 85% Glera) has shared the same prestigious DOC status as its traditional Brut counterparts. Made with 87% Glera, along with a small addition of Pinot Noir for colour, the La Farra Prosecco Rosé is a stunning bright pink in the glass and displays fine, persistent bubbles with aromas of apples, wild strawberries and raspberries. Dry and well-balanced with tangy, fresh acidity.
