Piggs Peake Italy vs Australia Wine Dinner
The Restaurant Pendolino welcomes renowned Hunter Valley winemaker Steve Langham from Piggs Peake for a special Italy vs Australia Wine Dinner on Wednesday, November 1st.
Widely regarded as one of the industry's most inspiring and creative forces, Steve’s unique and inimitable style has made the Piggs Peake cellar door one of the absolute must-see destinations in the Hunter Valley for many years.
Guests will enjoy a four-course menu curated by Executive Chef Proprietor Nino Zoccali accompanied by matching ‘blind’ wine tastings with prizes awarded on the night. Following the presentation of wines with each course, Steve and Pendolino Head Sommelier Ben Woodward will reveal the wines and discuss the winemaking and distinctive characters behind each pair of wines.
