The flagship white wine from Castel de Paolis, the 'Donna Adriana' is an exquisitely fragrant and complex wine made from 80% Viognier and 20% Malvasia. Good minerality and generosity of fruit with green apple and citrus notes and a touch of honey. Winner of the coveted Tre Bicchieri designation by Italy's most trusted wine publication, Gambero Rosso. Only about 2% of the wines reviewed achieve this status.
