100% Negroamaro grapes from 85 year old vines using the appassimento method. Only produced in the very best harvests and production is capped at 10,000 bottles per vintage. The 2018 vintage has an intense red colour, is warm and velvety in the mouth and carries spicy notes of black pepper, tobacco and cocoa. This wine has been awarded the highest honours from Bibenda for five consecutive years.
