Made from a blend of Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes, the Monte Zovo Soave offers finesse and elegance. In the glass, the colour is straw yellow with greenish reflections. Abundant aromas of apricot and peach grace the senses. The palate is bright with a layer of fine minerality. A rare white wine capable of medium-term cellaring.
