From the famous Bruna winery in Liguria on the Italian Riviera, the 'Bansigu' Rosso Colline Savonesi is made from carefully selected Granaccia (Grenache) grapes and other varieties all grown on the tiny 7.5 hectare estate. The terraced vineyards sit 250 meters above sea level, about 15 km from the Mediterranean. Founded in 1970, Bruna is famous for their attention to detail and the small volumes of wine they produce are highly sought after.
Cherry red in the glass, with ruby red nuances. Intense and intriguing on the nose with notes of wild rose, strawberry tree, plum and raspberry. Lively and juicy on the palate, a mouthful of flavour that is fruity on the finish with a savoury note. Organic.
