Made from 100% Syrah (Shiraz), the grapes are hand-harvested and meticulously sorted, then fermented in stainless steel with skin contact to extract colour and structure. The wine is aged for around 12 months in small French oak barrels, adding complexity, texture and subtle spice, while reflecting the estate’s focus on artisanal, terroir-driven winemaking.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn the glass, it displays a deep ruby-red colour with violet hues, leading to an intense and layered bouquet of ripe wild berries, black cherry, coffee and liquorice, underscored by smoky and gently herbal notes.
