An ideal light style red from the cool climate of Alto Adige, made entirely from Schiava Gentile grapes. From vines up to 25 years old. Light red in the glass, with mild, fruity aromas and a pleasantly mild finish with a hint of bitter almond. Best enjoyed while young and fresh, and a great alternative to Beaujolais. Pair it with starters, smoked meats and sausages, as well as white meats and mild cheese.
