**2016 Ferrero Riserva Brunello di Montalcino - A stunning rendition of Tuscany's famous Brunello di Montalcino. Coming from one of Brunello's all-time best vintages, the Ferrero Riserva Brunello is made from 100% hand-harvested Sangiovese Grosso grapes from a very small and prestigious site on the southwestern slope of Montalcino. The palate is intense and structured, with big, ripe character of black cherries, plums, and cocoa and a velvety finish. Enough acidity and structure and fine tannins to ensure brilliant maturation when cellared appropriately. 92 points, James Suckling; 93 points, Vinous. Extremely limited quantities; available only in the Connoisseur pack.

2018 Bindella Vino Nobile di Montepulciano - Tenuta Vallocaia Bindella have established themselves as a true benchmark of Vino Nobile, one of Sangiovese's most prestigious incarnations. In the glass, the wine is ruby red with floral notes and red fruit aromas that integrate with balsamic notes on the palate. Gambero Rosso, two red glasses (denoting that it is 'very good to excellent' in its category and was also a finalist for the Tre Bicchieri Award).

2020 Egger Ramer 'Kristan' Lagrein - Lagrein is one of the more profound wines of northern Italy, known for its velvety texture and rich fruit character that usually strikes a chord with shiraz lovers. Egger Ramer is an artisan winery that specialises in fine Lagrein. Ruby to deep garnet red, aromas of violet and blackberry on the nose, full and velvety on the palate, mild with slightly tart nuances. Earthy aftertaste and marked tannins. Gambero Rosso, two glasses (denoting that it is 'very good to excellent' in its category).

2019 Villa Annaberta Amarone della Valpolicella - The unparalleled wine style of the Veneto. Well-balanced, elegant and rich in nuances. Intense red in colour, with cherry, blackberry and spicy notes. Smooth tannins, impressive structure, and very well-balanced. The longer this wine is cellared, the richer the experience will become. Perfect with braised meat or beef filet.

2018 Larry Cherubino 'Uovo' Grenache - Made in a clay cement ovoid tank - a giant "egg" - the lees are continuously forced upward by an internal current resembling a vortex. This gives the wine voluptuousness, purity and texture. This is a medium bodied Grenache with fine tannins and aromas of musk, red flowers and cherry cola. The accolades say it all, this is an exceptional vintage available in extremely limited quantities. 2021 Halliday Wine Companion - 95 points; James Suckling - 93 points; Gourmet Traveller International Wine Challenge - Gold.

2017 Cristo di Campobello 'Lusira' SyrahOne of the top tier wines from Cristo di Campobello, ‘Lusira’ consists of 100% Syrah, aged in French barriques for 14 months and a further 12 months in bottle before release. Dark ruby in colour, Lusira demonstrates elegance and complexity, finishing with spice and vanilla on an impeccably smooth finish. It will complement grilled or roasted meats, heavier poultry dishes and aged cheeses.
