This mixed pack includes six bottles of premium boutique wines, carefully selected to offer you a broad range of exquisite tasting experiences.

NV Cavalleri Brut Blanc de Blancs Nature Franciacorta DOCG - Regarded as Italy's finest sparkling wine, Franciacorta wines are produced by the classic method of Champagne, called methode champenoise, in which a second fermentation takes place in the bottle. Notably, the appellation produces only about 5% of the massive volumes produced annually in Champagne, with very little traveling beyond Italy. Fine, elegant mouthfeel, with fresh fruit flavours and an impressively persistent bead. Fresh cut lemon leads on to lychee, orange blossom, pineapple, brioche and crème brulée. Biodynamic. 12.5%

2020 Castel De Paolis Campo Vecchio Bianco - From the extraordinary and historic Castel de Paolis just south of Rome, comes a distinctive white blend made from Malvasia Bianca di Candia 50%, Malvasia del Lazio 30%, Viognier 20%. A refreshing wine, offering aromatic citrus, tropical fruit and white floral notes. Dry with a round mouthfeel, balanced by distinct purity and length. An excellent companion for seafood, white meat and vegetables. 13%

2021 Fabio Oberto Roero Arneis - One of northern Italy’s preferred white varietals, the "little rascal" of Piedmont. This biodynamically grown aromatic wine offers enticing notes of citrus, apple and pear. Fermented and aged in stainless steel with only natural yeasts to retain freshness, this wine will complement seafood or poultry and will also impress as an aperitif. 14%

2018 Tertini Tasmanian Riesling - From the pristine environment and rich, ancient soils of the Coal River Valley, just north of Hobart. The vineyard is situated on a northeast facing site, with a slow ripening period that ensures the richness, aromatic development and balance that Tasmanian Rieslings are renowned for. Fragrant aromas of lemon, lime and florals lead to citrus and apple flavours on the palate, complemented by crisp acidity. Gold, 2019 International Cool Climate Wine Show; Gold, 2019 Tasmanian Wine Show; Silver, 2019 Decanter World Wine Awards; Silver, 2019 AWC Vienna Wine Challenge; 95 points, James Halliday Wine Companion; 95 points, Huon Hooke, The Real Review. 12.5%

2022 Bruna Pigato 'Le Russeghine' Riviera Ligure di Ponente - The 50 year-old winery, Bruna, is considered the benchmark producer of the local 'Pigato' grape (aka Vermentino) in Liguria. 'Le Russeghine' Pigato  is made with grapes from the clifftop Russeghine vineyard above the town of Ranzo Borgo. The red clay soil here is rich in iron, and lends itself to creating the fullest expression of Vermentino. Aged on fine lees for 8 months. Fruity aromas of yellow peach and grapefruit intertwine with sage, thyme and anise. Citrus fruits and almond notes on the finish. 13%

2021 Cristo di Campobello 'Laudari' Chardonnay - The Cristo di Campobello 'Laudari' is a premium modern Chardonnay - structure combined with elegance, and an opulent, warm body balanced with a distinct minerality from the chalky soils of Agrigento, Sicily.  Aromas of citrus, white flower and tropical fruit follow on to the palate with a subtle hint of vanilla in the background. A divine match for poultry and seafood. 97 points, Vinoway Selection; 94 points, Luca Maroni; Gold Medal - Mundus Vini; Bronze Medal - Decanter (UK); 90 points, James Suckling. 13.5%
