A perennial favourite of guests and staff, La Farra Prosecco Superiore is straw coloured in the glass and displays extremely fine bubbles with aromas of green apples and peaches following on to the palate. Delicate, silky mouthfeel with attractive zestiness and a dry finish. 11%
La Farra's Rose is a newer addition to their portfolio, since the region granted Prosecco Rose DOC status. Stunning bright pink in the glass, displaying fine, persistent bubbles with aromas of apples, wild strawberries and raspberries. Dry and well-balanced on the palate with tangy, fresh acidity. 11.5%
