2024 Fabio Oberto Chardonnay x1
Chardonnay has quietly gained traction in select cooler pockets of Piedmont, where it develops vibrant acidity and mineral depth. This vintage opens with aromas of white peach, lemon zest, and acacia blossom, layered over subtle hints of almond and wet stone. The palate is fresh and finely textured, with restrained oak influence lending a creamy mouthfeel and a long, citrus-laced finish.
2020 Catlin Pinot Blanc x1
Handpicked, cool climate fruit, fermented for 4 weeks in a concrete egg, and left for a further 3 months on skins. The parcel was pressed and transferred to French oak barrel to mature for 6 months. A delicately funky wine with a perfumed nose, deeper colour, spice and texture. Fantastic match for fish, shellfish, poultry, roasted vegetables and for spring and summer drinking. 11.5%

Ribolla Gialla is a native varietal from Friuli, in Italy's northeast. This varietal is known for its floral and citrus aromas. Straw yellow in the glass with golden tints. Aromas of apple, pineapple and citrus. Medium bodied with great acidity and length. An excellent match for shellfish, sushi or as an aperitivo.12%

From Sicily's Agrigento region which boasts an exceptional terroir of chalky calcareous soil. The 2024 Bianco is an equal blend of two Sicilian native varieties: Grillo and Insolia - grapes traditionally used to make Marsala. A very well-balanced wine with good intensity of fruit and crisp freshness.
2020 Cherubino 'Ovale' Bianco (Riesling/Arneis) x1
Full bodied and crisp on the palate. Low yields in 2020 provided exceptional quality fruit. The Arneis contributes notes of pear and red apples, whilst the Riesling adds citrus and spice character. The fruit is entirely hand-picked, and the wine is matured for 11 months prior to bottling. 13.3%
