Pinot Bianco offers a fresh fruit palate, with notes of tart green apple and sweet pear delicately and evenly intertwined. 2021 Laissez Faire Fiano x1 - Multi-award winner from WA. Aromas of quince and white figs with hints of yellow peach and mineral notes, finishing with subtle oak spices. On the palate, flavours of peach and hints of preserved lemon with a long and fine acid line, wrapped in a soft texture. No added tannin, acid, animal fining products and only a minimal amount of sulphur used at the time of bottling. 13.9%

2022 Cristo di Campobello Bianco x1 - From Sicily's Agrigento region which boasts an exceptional terroir of chalky calcareous soil, similar to that of Champagne.
